We hope that you are more than satisfied with your ducky dish, but if not, we will consider a refund or replacement.
If you have any other issue with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please note that we may ask you to provide evidence, photographic or otherwise within 24 hours of receipt. If you fail to do so, you will not be eligible for a refund or a re-delivery.
We always do our best to make sure that you receive your order, but we are human and sometimes we or the couriers can make mistakes. If this rare situation occurs, and we fail to deliver the goods to you, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make sure your delivery details are correct, as any mistakes will result in a delay to your order. Please contact us ASAP if you realise that you have made a mistake. You must contact us 48 hours prior to the delivery date at email@example.com. If you fail to let us know in time, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.
In case of circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, ice, etc) or “force majeure” events (civil disturbance, act of authority, power failure, etc) we shall not be held responsible, therefore we will not be able to apply a refund or re-delivery.
Orders, Cancellations And Changes
At the moment we deliver only on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. (Please, be aware of the fact that deliveries on Saturdays will have an extra charge)
Every order must be placed at least 48 hours in advance, before 12am.
[Eg. If you want your parcel to arrive on Wednesday, you’ll have to place your order before 12am on Monday]
If you want to make any changes to an existing order, we will do our best to apply those changes to it, but you must do that at least 48 hours before the delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org. Same condition applies for the cancellation of the order. If you fail to do so, changes won’t be applied, or in case of cancellation you’ll have to accept the parcel, and you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.
We deliver our goods by DPD courier, but we reserve the right to use different delivery methods, at our absolute discretion.
You will need to provide a safe place/a neighbour to leave the goods at, in case you are not at home when your kit arrives, and photo evidence will be provided to you, to show where DPD left the parcel. If you fail to do so, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.
You will receive our goods chilled, so make sure you refrigerate them ASAP and follow the storage instructions provided on our website www.theducktruck.com.

We use “Stripe” as a way to receive payments. “Stripe” lets you pay with your debit and credit card, without creating or logging into an account. “Stripe” accepts payments from these cards:Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You can also use ApplePay on supported devices.
Your card will be billed upfront on checkout. If you create an account and enter your payments details, your card will be stored securely by Stripe.
Customer’s email address: we use this information to provide a better customer experience by sending order confirmations, dispatch confirmations and delivery confirmations and the occasional marketing information. Please ensure that email addresses are accurate. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 2 hours please contact us immediately at email@example.com. If you fail to do so, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.
Customer’s telephone number: we use this information to contact customers in the event of problems with the order such as payment failures or delivery issues.
Recipient’s full name and address: we require this information in order to deliver the goods you have ordered. It is very important that the recipient’s address is accurate. We will also use the recipient’s name and address for marketing communications from time to time.
These information will be shared only with The Duck Truck team, to guarantee the successful fulfillment of the order. We will hold your details for a maximum of 1 year from the date of your purchase.
